He brings fifteen plus years experience in Financial Services and Insurance with an excellent track record in management, sales, marketing and operations to AEI. He has excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ron has strong experience in Education, Accounting, and hands-on experience in technologies, application software development, delivery, problem reporting, and resolution, and database administration.

He reengineers himself as new technologies appear on the horizon. His unique ability to evaluate technologies' value business areas and communicate it, empowers senior management to make informed decisions about the technologies without coping with technical terms.

Ron is a certified data base administrator (CSPDBA) and a FLMI. He has experience with many development platforms.

Ron has held various Vice President positions including: CTO, CIO, and Sales.

While at a major software vendor, he participated in successful projects including customer implementation projects and software development projects.

Dmitri was a major contributor during the pioneering of a major Product Development tool and successfully used the tool at multiple insurance companies in multiple countries.

Dmitri's engineering and mathematical expertise brings valuable skills to the A.E.I. consulting group, especially for product development.

While at a major software vendor, he established the US Group Insurance for the Health and Life practices. He lead and participated in successful projects including customer implementation projects and software development projects.

Haseeb was a major contributor during the pioneering of a major Product Development tool and a key team member in guiding the design for its product development software suite.

Haseeb has worked with major consulting practices and consistently provided value to his customers, with creative ideas for improving the practices, and participating in developing tools to improve operations.
